Customer Story: Case Easy Company

Case Easy is a software company that was started with a brilliant but simple idea, give immigration practitioners the tools needed to help increase their productivity. The specialize in helping immigration practitioners navigate the terrain of the immigration process in Canada, in particular, the paper work.

They contacted AIP Solutions with the task of automating PDF Forms. Their data is collected using a web form, once collected, the data is then stored as a CSV and stored on a server which should then be used to populate the PDF forms. Normally automating this would be straight forward, but the issues were Government forms were encrypted and needed to stay this way, so the normal approach of automating this would not work and maintain the validity of the form.

AIP Solutions took a unique approach in resolving this problem and and was able to automate all the forms they required to fill out information that was read from a csv file. The technology used to accomplish this was solely PowerShell.
