Customer Story: Oaktree Medical Center

Oaktree Medical Center is a world-class medical facility providing high quality, holistic, patient-centered, affordable medical services in a safe, caring environment. They are a premier medical clinic in The Bahamas and deliver a high standard of health care to the community.

AIP Solutions did several projects for them, which started out during the pandemic. They were being flooded with Covid 19 test requests and needed a way to centralize it online. We quickly stepped in and created custom online forms that they used to gather the necessary information and tied it in to their system for a smooth connection. We created these forms to make booking tests and distribution of results automated during this highly critical time. We also created other forms for them that they use to book patients for different services they offer.

Another project we did for them centered around creating invoices and emailing out these invoices in an automated way that tied into their system. The technology used for this was solely PowerShell and Tesseract.
